Calling all educators! In today’s crazy world, teaching kids about healthy eating and the great outdoors is more important than ever. That’s where the Whole Kids Foundation comes in, and they’ve got something awesome lined up for 2024. Get ready to dive into the Garden Grant Program – it’s all about helping schools and groups show kids the joys of growing their own grub and appreciating nature.
Why We Love School Gardens
The Garden Grant Program covers cost for both indoor and outdoor gardens, which make it the perfect tool for teaching kids about plant science. With an indoor garden, teachers in colder climates are able to teach plant science all year round, and even send their students home with some leafy greens! 🥬
Whole Kids Foundation’s Garden Grant Program
The Garden Grant Program is the Whole Kids Foundation’s way of spreading the green love. Every year, they give financial support to schools and groups all over the U.S. & Canada to start or improve their own gardens. In 2024, they’re super pumped to make an even bigger impact and help more schools and communities.
