Terrefibre™ All-Natural Hemp Mats are designed to provide optimal growing conditions for microgreens, sprouts and other short-rotation crops. Each pack includes 10 mats, measuring 10”x 20”, offering ample space for your plants to thrive.
These mats are made from the long fibres of the hemp plant. Sustainable and renewable resources. The natural fibre growth medium offers an ideal environment for root development, providing stability and support for healthy plant growth.
One of the key features of Terrefibre™ All-Natural Hemp Mats is their excellent water absorption properties. The mats efficiently retain moisture, allowing for proper hydration of the plants and minimizing the risk of overwatering or underwatering.
As an eco-friendly option, these hemp mats are 100% biodegradable and compostable. They break down naturally over time, contributing to soil health and reducing waste. This makes them an environmentally conscious choice for growers who prioritize sustainability.
The fibre spacing in these mats is carefully designed to ensure root stabilization. The spacing allows for proper air circulation around the roots, preventing the risk of root rot or fungal growth. This feature promotes healthier plants and supports their overall development.
The mats are suitable for use in various growing systems, including hydroponics, aquaponics and soil-based cultivation. Whether you are a professional farmer or a home gardener, these mats provide a convenient and effective medium for cultivating vibrant and nutritious microgreens and sprouts.
